A direct application for churches, not just a description of what churches get. Fill it out and a BRIDGE team member will follow up to walk through your zone boundary and next steps.
Every church that applies before Dec 31, 2026 becomes part of the founding pilot cohort: the churches whose zones prove the model works before it scales to thousands more. Pilot churches are grandfathered into free membership permanently, and your zone becomes one of the first fully-documented case studies we use to bring in future donors, businesses, and partner churches.
Your monthly stipend isn't a promise resting on one donor — it's backed by Alliance Capital Reserve, a dedicated funding structure built to guarantee zone stipends as the network grows. Being early means more support during setup, not less: a BRIDGE team member walks your zone boundary with you, and your reps get direct onboarding before the process is standardized for later churches.

Identify the 4 zone reps who will lead directory recruitment and household outreach for your church.
Recruit the 8-8-8 — vendors, merchants, and CBO/NGO/PBOs — into your zone's Bridgewell directory.
Households get counted through KoboCollect, zone work becomes visible, and your monthly stipend begins.
Becoming a zone-anchor church means the "8-8-8": submitting 4 zone reps, recruiting 8 vendors/home-based businesses + 8 merchants/small-to-mid businesses + 8 CBO/NGO/PBOs into the directory, and reporting household data through KoboCollect. Plus ongoing visible zone work — trash pickup, graffiti removal, mowing neglected lots, boarding unsafe buildings. Widow care is a separate track with its own standards, issued separately.
After the pilot window closes, new churches join under whatever terms are in place then — pilot partners keep pilot terms permanently.
See the full itemized monthly stipend breakdown on the Partners page — it's KES 101,000/month in Kenya or $2,950/month in the US once fully seated, broken into directory budget, outreach funds, leadership, and operations lines.
